We do our best to keep our website up to date. However, if for any reason your items purchased are sold out, we will notify you by email as soon as possible and you will either receive an immediate refund or be contacted and informed of the expected delivery date.

If an item you are looking for is not featured on the shop pages - please do contact us and we will endeavor to track it down for you.

Customers can pay via Visa or MasterCard using our secure checkout. The online store’s secure payment facilities are provided by Direct Payment Solutions (DPS), certified with banks around the world. When ordering we want you to feel confident that your personal information and credit card data is completely safe. We do not store credit card details; they are encrypted within your transaction.

All prices are shown in New Zealand Dollars. All prices include GST.

Delivery and shipping

Delivery: New Zealand
All New Zealand purchases are sent by Fastway Couriers for NZ$6.00 - 1-3 day service*. Please note we can only deliver to a physical address, not a PO Box.

Delivery: International
International orders are sent by NZ Post International Economy Courier - Postage and handling charges (includes tracking number and insurance).

International deliveries may incur additional taxes or import duties. These charges are the responsibility of the purchaser. Delays in delivery may occur as a result of customs clearance. This is beyond the control of Deborah Sweeney Ltd and as the purchaser, you must comply with the customs laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Contact your customs office for further information.

Exchanges and Refunds

If you have purchased the wrong size and would like to exchange it for another or if you have received a faulty or incorrect product and would like a refund - please contact us within 14 days of receipt of item via email, shop@deborahsweeney.com. You will be sent a Returns Authorisation number. Please note: garments will not be accepted without this number. Once the item has been received in it's original condition an exchange will be dispatched or a refund amount credited to the purchasers credit card. If it is an international purchase the refund will be calculated using the exchange rate on the day the refund is processed. Deborah Sweeney Ltd takes no responsibility for any difference between the refund rate and the rate at the initial purchase. Initial and return shipping charges will not be refunded unless the original item was incorrect or faulty. There is no exchange on sale items.
